DEEP LIGHT
​A horror game where the player exploring a deprecated facility within the deep of the ocean.

ENGULF BY THE DARKNESS OF THE OCEAN
The game was made for the Newbies Game Jam 2023 with the theme of "LIGHT IS THE ENEMY".
NAVIGATE THE OCEAN FLOOR
The main goal of the player is to turn off all the light in the level. With the challenge being that the are engulf in total darkness. However, they got a radar to help them navigate.
THE RADAR
The radar does help with creating atmosphere of the game. Instead of relying on their own eye the player must instead use the radar to identify their destination. It a necessary for the player to navigate through out the game's complete darkness.
LEADING PLAYER WITH OBJECTIVE
The red spot on the radar is one of the important factor of the game as it play a major in leading the player to a certain location. With this the level can incorporated a certain event or point of interest nearby the red spot to increase the engagement with each encounter.
This red spot ramp up in intensity overtime starting at a small light bulb to a massive tower siginifying the finale of the game.
